Expected qualifications:

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in an IS discipline

Technical skills :

• Behavioural competencies: Organization, ability to prioritize, attention to details, proactiveness, multitasking capability, ability to operate in a multinational environment, communication, relationships management and negotiation skills, team spirit and ability to see the big picture, strong interest for new digital technologies, curiosity, openness for new ways of working (usage, methods, ..)
• 1st experience : relevant internship or experience involving Business Analyst, Digital & Change Management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving capabilities.

Computing skills:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Experience in data visualization and reporting using Microsoft Power BI

Languages:

• English: level C1/C2

• French: level B2/C1

As a Digital Officer and support to IT Manager, the main tasks will be as follows :

• Support the IT manager in the implementation of IT, cybersecurity and data privacy projects;
• Act as the digital representative within the affiliate and promote the use of digital tools and solutions increasing the efficiency of the different branches of the Company;
• Act an intermediate on digital topics between the different entites within the Company (TGITS, HQ and branches);
• Examine user concerns, propose and discuss a solution, implement or have the solution implemented by external subcontractors, and deliver it to production in accordance with IT methodology and best practices;
• Ensure that this solution meets quality, cost, and deadline efficiency objectives and is well-documented;
• Find application improvements and seek other initiatives;
• Define the strategy, ambition, and roadmap for the affiliate's digital transformation in coordination with Digital Corporate entities;
• Monitor and report on the progress of the digital roadmap implementation.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and will be granted an accommodation allowance.
