What are you going to do

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and negotiating terms.
  • Monitor budgets, cost plans, and cash flow to keep projects within financial targets.
  • Approve claims, variations, and final accounts, working closely with project teams.
  • Oversee procurement and performance of subcontractors, ensuring deadlines, quality, and contractual obligations are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, handle disputes, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.


Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with ability to form relationships with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.
  • Bachelor in Construction Management or a related degree (Required)
  • 6+ years of experience working directly for a Main Contractor Builder (Required)
  • Experience delivering projects within the Australian Construction Industry (Required)
  • Proven tenure within previous roles (Required)
