- Monitor budgets, cost plans, and cash flow to keep projects within financial targets.
- Approve claims, variations, and final accounts, working closely with project teams.
- Oversee procurement and performance of subcontractors, ensuring deadlines, quality, and contractual obligations are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, handle disputes, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with ability to form relationships with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.
- Bachelor in Construction Management or a related degree (Required)
- 6+ years of experience working directly for a Main Contractor Builder (Required)
- Experience delivering projects within the Australian Construction Industry (Required)
- Proven tenure within previous roles (Required)
