Position: Payroll Analyst
Reports to: Payroll Supervisor
Job Description
Prepare key information for all Fisher personnel to comply in a timely manner with HRIS data processing regarding the payment of wages, salaries and payroll benefits..
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee payroll, following internal policies and legal requirements.
Review the preparation of administrative and unionized personnel payroll in the data processes with HRIS.
Calculate and pay in time and form government obligations (IMSS, Infonavit, Sar, State Taxes, Infonacot).
Ensure the correct payroll processing for the delivery of information opinions ensuring a clean opinion on an annual basis.
Coordinate the payment process of other benefits that affect the payroll related perceptions with our Shared Services Center in Costa Rica.
Prepare and deliver reports derived from the payroll with the frequency established in the Calendar of Activities.
Attend to the information requirements of Internal and External Audits.
Manage the Assistance systems that impact payroll calculations, ensuring their proper processing.
Follow quality standards, ESH, and internal work regulations set by the company.

For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Business, Accountant or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Ability to understand tax laws and setup to ensure proper taxation on paychecks
- Ability to show promptness and vitality in recognizing the priority of tasks
- Must be able to think logically and creatively to resolve problems and prevent them from reoccurring
- Must be meticulous and conscious of data confidentiality requirements
Preferred qualifications that set you a part:
- Experience with Oracle applications would be preferred.
- Experience with SAP/Global View would be preferred.
