Job Summary:

Responsible for the technical integrity of assigned solids control packages in line with Project requirements, up to and including mechanical completion and delivery. Contribute to efficient project execution to the right quality, cost and time. Invoicing and ensuring payment on a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the loading and proper anchoring of solids control equipment and parts.
  • Verify transfers of equipment and parts from well to base and from well to well.
  • Verify that equipment movements are carried out in a safe manner, ensuring that they arrive in good condition and in accordance with the transfer, complying with safety and operational measures. operational measures.

  • Maintain continuous communication and inform the respective department (H.R., H.S.E., Operations, Physical Security) of any incident or anomaly that may arise with the personnel working at the locations.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

  • 10 years experience in Solids Control and waste management.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Good level of English (spoken and written).
  • Computer knowledge (especially, Microsoft Suite).
  • Ability to hold comprehensive meetings with client and present projects and new technologies.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in waste management equipment (surveys, installations and operation).
  • Previous experience in Project Engineering/Management with the oil & gas industry and solids control.
  • Knowledge of international Oil & Gas standards.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with engineering and project execution methods.
  • Strong Contract negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of contract Terms & Conditions.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
  • Ability to recognize change of scope and present to a client a strong and concise claim document.
  • Strong commercial awareness of payment terms including LOC's, Payment Bonds, LD's etc.
  • General understanding of supply chain methods.
  • Understanding of Company Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Understanding of Risk Assessment principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
