Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for leading daily technical sales support activities in Large Motors and Generators in Vadodara, India specially for India, Middle East & Africa and LATAM regions and also other parts of globe, ensuring our Local Sales Units can focus on the business growth and improve customer experience. The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors and Generators in Vadodara, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing daily activities of Technical Sales Support and ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality responses and solutions • Leading your team and our support process to meet the defined Sales Support KPI's • Taking care of the competence development of your team • Driving continuous improvement in Sales Support, improving our tools, processes, product portfolio and customer experience • Developing the support processes, tools and reports together with the Technical Sales Support Manager

Qualifications for the role
- Experience in operations, sales, R&D, engineering, or similar working.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with >10yrs experience.
- Knowledge of Large Motors and Generators' products
- Managerial experience is an advantage
- High tolerance of pressure, capability to act fast
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
