Technical Sales Operations Internship
We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As an Intern Sales Operation Support in the FireDetection, Public Address and Voice Evacuation Business here at Honeywell,you will play a n important role in supporting our sales operations andensuring the smooth functioning of our business. You will work closely with thesales team, providing administrative and operational support to drive salesefficiency and effectiveness. Your attention to detail and collaboration skillswill be essential in maintaining accurate sales records, supporting salesactivities, and assisting with customer inquiries. This is an excellentopportunity to kickstart your career in sales operations and contribute to thesuccess of our Fire Business. You will report directly to our Senior InsideSales Specialist and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybridwork schedule. This internship position is a fixed-term contract with a duration of one year. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer technical inquiries and providing timely responses;
  • Provide technical, engineering and operational support to the sales team;
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smoothorder fulfillment;
  • Assist in the organization of sales events (in person andvirtual) and trade shows.

Key skills and qualifications:
  • Technical education (electrical, electronics, automation,building services..);
  • Attention to detailand accuracy in data management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proficient English Skills.
