Are you looking for a job in Innovation? Join our Innovation & Value Mapping team in Paris as an Ideation & Value Mapping Facilitator and contribute to the digital transformation of the Chemical Refining Business Line! You will be working in a Worldwide and matrix environment (16 production sites), with multiple contacts within Refining Chemicals with all the entities and functional departments.

Activities

Your mission will be to encourage the emergence of ideas with your internal customers (Local Business Units and Business Units, etc.) to feed the project portfolio and assess value creation (business model methodology):

• Managing the ideation and value mapping processes within the RC entities
• Coordinating value creation at all stages of projects with the Digital RC players, in particular the Digital Factory, the OneTech teams, the RC IT Department and the entities' key users
• Framing the ideation and prototyping process in 'test & learn' mode before launching the project pre-framing stage
• Implement methodologies (Gap analysis, design thinking, Business Model Canvas, etc.) to identify the value proposition of ideas and facilitate their implementation.
• You will be required to travel on site in order to understand the requirements of your internal customers.

Candidate Profile

You have 5 to 10 years' experience in the fields of Operations, Valuation and Planning, Logistics, Sales, with IT or digital expertise a plus.)
A strong appetite for innovation and digital technology
Ability to challenge the status quo
Knowledge of digital innovation practices/methods
Ability to work cross-functionally, lead networks and manage projects
Good listening, influencing and communication skills
Fluent English/French
