Reporting to the Functional Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for managing projects and deployments identified through Corporate initiatives or improvement ideas from initial baselining to handover of the process to the CX community.

This role will require an organized person with exceptional communication skills and a program/project management background to deliver solutions to help improve our overall customer experience. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate change management skills and will need to be comfortable engaging through different levels and areas of the business.

- Use Project Management methodologies to track and control deployment plans.

- Work with key stakeholders to ensure engagement, agreement, support, and adherence to deployments both inside and outside the Global Cx Community.

- Create, standardize, centralize, and maintain Global CX Process Maps, Standard Operating Procedures, and Value Stream Maps related to Technical Support, Customer Service, and Learning & Enablement

You must have
  • Bachelors in Mechatronics , Manufacturing, Industrial or related active student or no more than
  • 06 month of graduated
  • English Advanced
  • Availability to cover a full time Monday to Friday
  • RFC


Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge in Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, Planner and other Microsoft tools (Preferred)

• Proficient in using software and/or different applications/platform.

• English high proficiency

• Technical and/or data analytics background
