Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a WMS Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of WMS specialists in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our warehouse management system. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in WMS systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: • Lead and manage a team of WMS specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. • Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. WMS Implementation: • Oversee the implementation of the WMS software, including system configuration, testing, and training. • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of the WMS with existing systems and processes. • Develop and maintain implementation timelines, budgets, and project plans. System Maintenance and Support: • Monitor WMS system performance and identify optimization opportunities. • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams to resolve issues promptly. • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency. Continuous Improvement: • Identify areas for process improvement within warehouse operations and WMS functionality. • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance system capabilities, and increase operational efficiency. • Analyze data and metrics to measure WMS process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual French & English. English is necessary to communicate with customers outside of Quebec.
- 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in WMS implementation and support.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of WMS software systems, including best implementation practices and configuration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
