Your role and responsibilities

Employment: Full-time, limited until 31.12.2025. Your area of responsibility • Organizational and administrative support of the Head of Operations Austria • Efficient office management (appointment coordination, correspondence activities, presentation preparation, reporting, etc.) • Collaboration on projects, process optimization and internal processes • Organization of business trips and events • Management of confidential and sensitive information • Preparation of analyses, evaluations and decision papers • Communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications for the role

• Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, or similar)
• Ideally several years of professional experience as an assistant (preferably in an industrial company)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English, any other foreign language an advantage
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system desirable
• Communicative and service-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
• Preference for an independent, clearly structured and proactive way of working in a team
