What will you do?

• Foster a positive health and safety culture
• Responsible for HS induction, training and development of all functions
• Responsible for Ergonomics Process
• Work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain continuous HSE improvement
• Work closely with Occupational medicine and institutions and strive to ensure strict compliance, both maintained and documented, with HSE rules and regulations
• Perform incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and root cause analysis in a timely manner
• Able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of HSE legislation, industry best practice, policy and procedures
• Leading role in workplace and machine risk assessment
• Takes significant part in ISO certifications, internal and external audits
• Responsible for the procurement and distribution of Work wear and PPE
