Nuclear Technologist - PRN

This position is responsible for producing Nuclear Medicine exams. The responsibilities
Include dose calibration of isotopes, administration, imaging and non-imaging procedures, radiation protection, quality control, and quality assurance.
Education: Graduate of School of Radiological Technologist with certification in Nuclear Medicine or B.S. degree program in Nuclear Medicine.
Experience: One year under Radiology Technologist program and certification or B.S. degree in Nuclear Medicine.
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: ARRT X- ray registry and Nuclear Medicine registry or CNMT Registry with B.S. Degree and BLS required.
Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: Nuclear Medicine cameras, computers, RIS, and various lab equipment.
Specialized Skills: Background and training in Nuclear Medicine.
Physical Requirements: Will require walking, standing, stooping, bending, push and lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
