The Women's Health clinic at Bellin generations is seeking a highly engaged, experienced Team Leader to lead the providers and staff to achieve strategic goals: growth in women's health, best patient experience, quality and financial operational goals within the clinic. Generations is a growing and progressive women's health clinic that provides comprehensive women's specialty and primary care. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about developing individuals and teams to be successful. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships across the Women's Health team, the Bellin Region and the Emplify Enterprise. The Team Leader is a change agent whose objectives are to meet the vision, mission and strategic goals.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the performance of a department/business unit as defined by Bellin's strategies - market leader (Growth), clinical benchmark (Effectiveness), best value (Efficiency) and engaged relationships (Engagement). Provide leadership to obtain operational and strategic goals within the business unit and affiliated Brand and/or Service Delivery Structure. Promote safety and quality improvement activities and develop people within a team focus. Act as a change agent consistent with Bellin Health System vision, mission, and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, or in progress.
• Three to five years of demonstrated competency in a clinic leadership role.
