This position reports to

Procurement Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion - NEMA Motors business in Tlajomulco. You will be mainly accountable for: • Perform data analysis (Finished goods demand, Delivery times, KPIs Control) • Perform KPIs Measurement in PowerBI tool (Costumer On Time Delivery, Inventory Aging, Production Control, Invoices). • Support to Order management area to follow up on Costumer Orders. • Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors in Degree in Industrial engineering or similar
• New Graduate - 2 years experience in Supply Chain or Planning and logistic areas.
• Excel and Power Bi experience.
• Advanced English
• Macros Creation in Excel experience (desirable)
