Your role and responsibilities

We are hiring our new combined role of Talent & Learning Partner and HR Business for Smart Buildings Division. In this role, you will have responsibility for providing strategic HR leadership and support to the Procurement & Operational Excellence division function, as well as leading Talent & Learning function for the Division, leading the strategic priori-ties for people and culture across countries and markets, guiding managers to create an environment that everyone can thrive. Work model: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be responsible for: • Act as a direct sparring partner for Division Function Management to understand cur-rent issues that can be supported or resolved through people and leadership practic-es. Counsel, support and challenge business leaders driving the most effective solu-tions for resolving issues and supporting short, mind and long-term objectives. • Develops and drives the People Strategy in functional level aligned with Division stra-tegic objectives, in collaboration with Business Lines, leading the implementation of ini-tiatives globally. • Delivers and implement Talent & Learning strategy in Smart Buildings. Manages the design for the talent and learning solutions, understanding business needs, and mak-ing the connections with relevant content and solutions to meet business short and long term requirements. • Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of best-in-class talent and learning solutions linked to the leader role lifecycle • Able to assess and promote talent pipeline, building and managing world class teams in all Division. • Build and drive a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition and trust;

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles
• Change management experience, with ability to build relationships and manage stake-holders at global level combining a strong customer service focus, intercultural sensiv-ity, with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
• Strategic orientation with business acumen to lead and drive organizational value cre-ation through people strategies.
• High problem solving skills and solutions oriented approach, as well as strong skills in data analytics for high quality data driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills including fluency in English - both written and verbal.
