This position reports to
Head of Storytelling and Content Strategy
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will manage content development for Electrification across channels serv-ing as an expert in writing, content strategy and 360˚ activation on the Electrification Storytelling team. You will collaborate across the business to bring the Electrification narrative to life for key internal and external audiences. Your responsibilities: • Write and edit stories, social media posts, video scripts to support high-impact storytelling across internal and external channels • Manage storytelling pipeline by networking and collaborating across the business to source story ideas and amplification opportunities • Support content creation for global Electrification communications campaigns • Develop content strategies to support 360˚ activation partnering across the team to repurpose and customize content for maximum reach and engagement • Analyze and apply communications metrics to drive continuous improvement and best practice identification • Leverage KPIs to assess impact and reach applying learnings to drive continuous improvement and share best practices • Collaborate across the communications team, sharing best practices and storytelling expertise • Experiment with new storytelling approaches, taking calculated risks, learning and evolving This position reports to Head of Storytelling and Content Strategy Preferred location: Europe

Qualifications for the role
- Exceptionally strong writer, editor and storyteller across a variety of formats
- Highly curious with passion for understanding complex topics and technologies and simplifying into meaningful content
- Ability to research and interview experts across the business to connect technologies and proof points into bigger stories
- Collaborative team player who thrives by contributing to the success of the team and the business
- Experience in managing communications campaigns and deep understanding of ap-plying communications metrics for continuous improvement
- Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively manage vendors as needed
- Skilled in influencing and working effectively in a matrixed organization, including building a vast professional network.
- Comfortable experimenting with innovative ideas, failing fast and learning.
- Continuous learning mindset with excitement for tackling new creative challenges
- 5+ years of communications/ marketing communications experience preferred
