Your role and responsibilities

ABB Electrification is seeking an experienced IS empower Functional Analyst to work / lead / drive empower's functional enhancements impacting system integrations. In this role, which will serve all EL divisions, you will partner with various internal stakeholders, including external service providers, to define business requirements, establish success criteria, and help drive improvements under your ownership to the market. You will have ownership of all inbound and outbound integrations of empower. You are expected to partner with all integration systems of empower, including but not limited to SAP ERPs. Core Job Responsibilities • Alignment into the overall empower roadmap and delivery strategy • Serve as POC for all empower integrations, working directly with multiple IT teams which integrate with empower • Serve as a specialist to assist in managing backlog, requirement prioritization, and managing development activities, coordinating activities with integration layers • Manage the delivery process from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management and resource allocation for the areas under management • Deliver scope of work within defined budgets and committed project timelines. • Partner closely with the technology & architecture organization to ensure adherence to roadmap and solutions align with ABB's overall technical strategies. • Identify and manage risks to delivery of the platform including contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. The position report to Empower Application Manager Grade 12

Qualifications for the role

• Requirements
• Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field from an accredited university or college
• A minimum of 4 years of Experience implementing and working on large scale enterprise level applications
• Experience in SAP ERP systems, processes and integrations is recommended
• Experience in SAP Hybris is a strong plus
• 3 years Experience in project management
• Solid understanding of Inquiry to Order (ITO), Order to Cash (OTC) and Demand to Build (DTB) processes
• Preferred Qualifications
• Significant experience establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with IT peers, functional business teams and external customers
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to assess complex issues with limited information
• Collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from vari-ous sources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate com-plex information to IT/Application peers, business teams and external customers
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously with an exceptional focus on quality
• Proven track record working in coordination with system architecture and front-end teams
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
• Self-directed, motivated, able to work independently
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
• Committed and flexible team player
• Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple global, remote teams
