Familiarity with green molecule projects is considered an asset.

- Lead and manage the project controls function, ensuring all planning, scheduling, and cost control processes are adhered to.
- Develop and implement project control procedures to monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules.
- Work closely with EPC contractors and client-side teams to ensure alignment and transparency on project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, including progress updates, cost performance, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project controls within EPC and client-side environments.
- Proven track record in managing project controls for petrochemical and refinery projects.
- Experience or familiarity with green molecule projects (hydrogen, ammonia, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
