The role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management aspects of large-scale engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project controls from both a client-side and EPC perspective, with experience in the petrochemical or refinery industries. Familiarity with green molecule projects is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project controls function, ensuring all planning, scheduling, and cost control processes are adhered to.
• Develop and implement project control procedures to monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Work closely with EPC contractors and client-side teams to ensure alignment and transparency on project progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, including progress updates, cost performance, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project controls within EPC and client-side environments.
• Proven track record in managing project controls for petrochemical and refinery projects.
• Experience or familiarity with green molecule projects (hydrogen, ammonia, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
