Contract Fluid Management Dispatcher
One of our clients, a major oil and gas company, has tasked us with finding a Fluid Management Dispatcher. This position offers a FIFO schedule from Calgary or Edmonton, with a rotation of 84 hours per rotation. The rotation consists of a Wednesday 6-hour day, followed by Thursday to Tuesday 12-hour days, concluding with another Wednesday 6-hour day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch resources as requested by stakeholders, including Operations, Maintenance, Well Delivery, and CMT.
- Review and validate vendor tickets for accuracy, including work details, hour/rate charges, and correct PO/WO/cost centers. Sign off and return to vendor service providers.
- Determine outbound waste stream categories and create electronic WiQ waste manifests.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of equipment types and operating parameters to minimize non-productive time.
- Audit daily vendor ticket processing and fluid volume data entry.
- Ensure wastes derived from FCCL are sent to approved waste handling facilities and communicate effectively with disposal facilities.
- Track equipment in and out of the plant using the Sales Force application.
- Manage weigh scale software and scale cards, where applicable.
- Inform the Coordinator of any non-compliance issues regarding AER Directives.
- Respond to site requests via the Sales Force application.
- Utilize the Sales Force application to create work orders and dispatch service appointments to service providers.
- Provide vendor ticket data to the PVR team.
- Initiate Intelex entries for HIDs, BBOs, and incidents.
- Attend vendor toolbox talks and chair monthly safety meetings and huddle board meetings.
- Research and book Tier 2 and 3 contractors as directed by the Coordinator.
- Generate daily reports on NPT, waste disposal, and other relevant metrics.
Daily Communications:
- Provide updates to the Coordinator.
- Collaborate with Advisors.
- Escalate issues to the Coordinator and follow FMT processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of previous dispatching experience in oilfield trucking.
- High school equivalency.
Required Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and SAP Business Client.
- Strong understanding of oilfield trucking, fluid, and waste handling practices.
Competencies:
- Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) and values-based leadership training.
- Technical competency in fluid and waste handling.
