Job Description:
Responsible for our Energy customers in the D/A/CH region generating maximum sales and revenue. Growing the business with our exiting key accounts as well as onboarding selected new logos and building a solid pipeline for growth through utilizing the strong Engineering and Digital company's portfolio.
- Taking clear Leadership together with our strong Engineering team in Germany to maximise on our potential.
- Work closely with the Europe Sales Head and our global BU Heads to drive the continuity and profitability of new revenues?.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for accounts and grow new logos to sizeable revenues.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, building new connects and maintain a strong pipeline for growth through new offerings and solutions?.
- Build in-roads in existing accounts, to cross-sell offerings/solutions and expanding revenues.
- Onboard new logos and expand of customer portfolio?.
- Forge relationships with selected potential new customers and gather relevant vertical and market knowledge.
- Develop & execute campaigns to generate leads, identify and refine opportunity?.
- Drive leads to closure and contract signing?.
- Own actual negotiation and coordinate inputs/participation from different company's stakeholders (Presales/Bid management, Industry Heads - Offerings, Solution Architects, Client Success Partner)?.
- Develop negotiation strategy & negotiate contract/agreement; draft SoW for contract in collaboration with Cluster/BU Head; participate in in win/loss review?.
- Collate & communicate learnings from pitches, proposals, customer feedback to Sales teams?.
- Oversee account handover to Delivery for project execution and expansion on existing business.
- Identify customer needs and facilitate account setup to commence delivery operations along with the Client Success Partner?.
- Fluency in German (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English is also required.
- Should bring a background in Energy related services such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Energy transition topics and Digital solutions to drive efficiencies.
- Ideally having worked in the Engineering Services Industry before.
