The chosen individual will ensure the successful construction execution of the project from the start till completion confirm the safety, health and environment requirements, within the time allowed by the project schedule, within budget and with the required quality. This position requires significant supervision of all levels of personnel. The Construction Manager is accountable for organization, overall direction and administration of all project construction activities

The Construction Manager is accountable for organization, overall direction and administration of all project construction activities
Key Responsibilities
- Realization of Objectives: safety, quality, schedule, cost
- Takes the lead to maximize health, environmental protection, and safety, well being awareness
- Drives a Construction & Commissioning driven project strategy
- Mobilizes the field organization and take part in selection process for personnel
- Anticipate and review of contract packages and take part in bid evaluation process
- Overall responsibility for all health, environmental protection, safety, well being, constructability, construction planning, cost and progress control, quality assurance and control aspects, inspection, material and logistics management (set up and participate in transport plans), and interface management on the Construction Site.
- Ensures a high level of health, environmental protection, and safety, well being awareness within Staff.
- Risk identification and evaluation.
- Performs management inspections, monthly reporting, review of personnel health, environmental protection, safety, well being performance etc.
- Mobilization and demobilization of Staff and temporary facilities.
- Progress reporting to the portfolio Construction Manager.
- Responsible for interface management on site
Qualifications and Skills
- Technician or studies in relevant field
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a construction manager Experience in the field of E&I
- Good knowledge of Dutch language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
