This position reports to
Local Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide assistance and support to the sales organization by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining sales-related databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. Taking responsibility for preparing complete offers in collaboration with the sales team and working holistically with sales processes in international markets - all the way to project delivery and supporting customer discussions in coordination with the sales team to secure business opportunities. Full scope of day to day support services operations. Works independently. Internal & external coordination, Provides service(s) in various administrative areas (including IT, HR, Finance, and other administrative areas) to the relevant business(es) to meet current needs, identify performance gaps, and address emerging requirements, Performs tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction, Oversees the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reports any shortcomings and areas of improvement, Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participating in the risk review assessment, Demonstrates ABB's core values and organization safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly, Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area, Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies, Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities, Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks, Ensures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB, Leads their development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team, Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Turkish language proficiency is required,
- Advanced communication and presentation skills,
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to both customers and internal teams,
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks,
- Well-developed communication skills,
- Preferable knowledge of SAP, MDG, Salesforce, and Excel,
- Customer-oriented and flexible, with strong coordination skills.
