RMA Material Handler Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Product Maintenance (RMA) team at our Debrecen manufacturing unit. The area is the EMERSON Debrecen Service Centre, responsible for the technician level repair and calibration of defective products returned from customers. The main responsibilities of the team leader are to lead the assigned technician team, develop people, maintain high levels of satisfaction and achieve key metrics for the area. NI team leaders have broad authority in both human resource management and process improvement.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the Materials Management team, define the team's tasks and monitor their performance.
- Leading Material Management staff along defined guidelines and processes to achieve the strategic goals of the area.
- Continuous improvement of processes in the field, minimizing risks, improving efficiency and quality.
- Carrying out administrative and managerial tasks for the area.
- Maintaining regular contact with related areas and line managers.
- Ensure that work areas are kept in order - introduce, train and implement 5S.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards.

- Technical qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Tertiary level education.
- Ability to work independently.
- Communication skills in English.
- Experience in managing staff.
- Microsoft Office user level.
