• Cares for patients in isolation.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, families, and coworkers.
• Collects information and findings from the patient through hands-on care; utilizes information from the patient's medical record and written and verbal reports; and incorporates nursing knowledge to provide feedback to the RN for development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation to the plan of care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required
• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred
