This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the SCADA, ECMS, and Digital Solutions for Electrical Systems in Electrification Distribution Solutions team. Main stakeholders are sales team and technical experts. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. • Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders. • Implementing activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives. • Assisting in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and with corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, tendering or engineering in the electrical systems industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of SCADA, ECMS, and digital solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in data center, industry, and smart building applications would be preferred.
- Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical installations, protection relays and electrical automation systems would be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Korean and English.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
