We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented hvac tech to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

• HVAC experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
• Experience with facilities management software is preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
