Primary Accountabilities:
- Lead the technical competency assessments process as well as serve as a process verifier.
- Lead and guide the business in the identification of training needs in accordance with competence gaps and business requirements.
- Collaborate with the business and guide the Technical Training team regarding the employee development and growth.
- Lead the efforts to design, develop and deliver the training material, whenever required.
- Conduct benchmarks and studies to further improve on employee development processes and mechanisms.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programs within the technical functions.
- Maintain effective relationships and continuous liaison with key stakeholders, including the Academic institutions regarding the development nationals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering discipline preferred, graduated from a recognized university
- Certified Trainer
- CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional certificate will be advantageous.
- At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Manufacturing Industry.
