Sr Communications Manager

As a Sr Communications Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance thebrand and reputation of our Aerospace Technologies (AT) business grou;p. Youwill work closely with the Sr Director Communications to shape and execute thecommunication strategy, ensuring that our messaging aligns seamlessly with ourstrategic objectives, brand identity, and long-term vision. Your role willinvolve working collaboratively with communication professionals, managinginternal communication materials, and building relationships with keystakeholders. You will report directly to our Sr Director Communications and you'll work outof our Aerospace Technologies (AT) location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance thecompany's brand and reputation
• Work collaboratively with a team of communication professionals to executecommunication plans and initiatives
• Create and manage internal communication materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging andalignment with company goals
• Provide guidance and support to junior communication team members
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives,employees, and external partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in communications
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful communicationstrategies
• Experience in managing media relations and crisis communication
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive results

• Master's degree in communications or business administration
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry
• Experience in crisis management and reputation management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
