The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We are looking for Junior Specialist You will be mainly accountable for: Operational Services: Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPI and quality targets in a timely, accurate and costumer focused manner, Maintaining master data in SAP HR, handling Onboarding cases etc. Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Supporting other team members with defined tasks. Customer Experience: Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and a proactive 'can-do attitude'. Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across several Service Line(s). Continuous Improvement; Proactively recommending enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience Projects. Supporting global projects in Kazakhstan (launching "Workday") with different tasks / activities.

Qualifications for the role
- Higher education
- Experience in HR (administration/c&b/operational HR/org structure on trainee, assistant, specialist position) from 2 years.
- Working knowledge of HR processes / systems /information.
- IT literate.
- Experience with HR systems (SAP 1C, Workday), experience Ask HR, Workday implementation and integration with other systems, GBS, Shared Services.
- Working with multi-cultural and project teams in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Driven and ambitious, inspiring and engaging individual..
