For our Distribution Center in Helmond, we are looking for an HR Advisor and Management Assistant.

Your meaningful purpose


Provide excellent assistance to employees and managers and support smooth running of the HR activity in our Distribution Center.

What will you do?
  • Advise and coach Supervisors and Teamleaders according to the HR policy
  • Advise Supervisors and Teamleaders in absenteeism and employment condition.
  • Developing employee relations (specially with warehouse operators) to increase employee engagement
  • Lead some assistant tasks for HR Business Partner and DC Director
  • Managing payroll preperation
  • Managing on- and offboardingprovcess
  • Manage recruitment process with TEMP agencies
  • Organizing company events and team-buildings
  • Supportung HR Continuous improvement processes
  • Maintaining HR related documents (training and persnnel records)
  • Creating of HR reports
  • Work closely with HR Services

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • HBO Diploma in HR
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR
  • Knowleageable on D utch sick leave laws
  • Customer oriented (providing swift, efficient and personal guidance to employees and managers)
  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch speaking highly desired
  • You are a team player and at the same time able to work independently
  • Able to step out of your comfort zone/ have a learning and growth mindset
  • Sense of Humor
