1. Main Mission
Works independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments. This role demonstrates applied technical experience and diagnostic for on-site project management across BU, Sh/He will also highlight technical and digital tools skills missing in his/her organization.
2. Activities & areas of responsibility
q Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices and procedures
q Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment.
q Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on equipment
q Ability to analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer
q Be able to analyzed and explain reports results to customers and management
q Able to stand, walk, for extended periods of time and to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
q Certification & accreditation could be required vs Business and Country regulations.
q Proactive participation to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1)
q Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..)
q Support planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding
q Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
q Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide technical explanation to customers
q Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR
q Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
q Advise customers on different opportunities top optimized its install base and creat lead generation business opportunities
q Perform basic audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment (MPS walktrough )
q Perform Field Services Operations and provide best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature

Qualifications
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years' machine solution (mainly motion drive) technical or service engineer experience
- Electrician certificate ( MCx, ISA, CMCP, etc. )
- Nice to have DX approach for Industry
- Nice to have Process PLC experience
- Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and Japanese
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
