MISSION

( Why the position exists )

Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM)

at the level of the plant.

To ensure suppliers quality audit meet the quality requirement

To implement SSQM (SAM, SQM ( PPEP ) and SPM)

To ensure the good communication and coordination with suppliers due to the Quality issue.

(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)

- to make sure continues improvement of Suppliers service for Customer Satisfaction

- to minimize lead time of inspection

- to detect & prevent NC of materials/components in supplier

- to ensure traceability for goods inspected at supplier

- to increase of Suppliers Quality Performance

- to solve and follow up the supplier's quality issue with 8D/I2P & Six sigma

- to ensure the activity comply to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental requirements.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Education :

Mechanical

Job Related Experience:

Quality Assurance, Purchasing

Business Understanding :

Electrical / mechanical knowledge, Quality inspection rules, Standard for Suppliers quality control, Standard audit , SAM, SQM, SPM and Quality product

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :

Language skill in English and Indonesia, SAP - WM, handling
