The segment is focused on creating full solutions for Data Centers, Server Rooms and Power Quality where Shneider Electric is a Global leader and supplier for Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Equinix and many more.
The Secure Power portfolio includes devices such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Precision Cooling, Automatic Transfer Switches, Racks, Power Distribution Units, Environmental Monitoring and Software.
The Secure Power Segment Sales Engineer role is accountable for working with End Users as Data Centers, Telecoms, Finance, Public administration, etc. where he/she will be responsible for promoting the Schneider Electric portfolio, work on the preparation of future tenders and prepare technical solutions for the End Users. He/she will be responsible also for the Service Partners by managing them and supporting them true projects.
Responsibilities are within the territory of Bulgaria.

Responsibilities are within the territory of Bulgaria.
What will you do:
- Develop further the existing customers and to increase Schneider Electric market share in customer portfolio of Data Centers, Telecoms, Finance and Public administrations.
- Discover new customers and opportunities within his/her scope of duties keeping in the same time excellent coordination and collaboration with colleagues from all other Schneider Departments.
- Promote the full scope of Schneider Electric portfolio to the customers he/she is responsible for and when possible complex solutions to the projects he/she leads.
- Reach company's growth targets by applying sales strategies for direct and indirect orders trough his customers
- Align the Go to Market approach in accordance with corporate rules and guidance given by corporate Segment leaders.
- Conduct regular negotiations with customers;
- Report about completed and planned sales activities and results.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- University degree: Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science;
- Good knowledge of local market - Selling all product ranges, proposing solutions, skills/experience in preparation of future tenders in terms of specification and tender documentation preparation for End Users
- Knowledge In Data Center operations, Low Voltage, UPS or HVAC is and an advantage;
- Demonstrated sales experience;
- Good networker;
- Very good command of MS Office Suite;
- Positive and energetic personality;
- Team player and quick decision maker;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Driver's license.
