This position reports to
EL Product Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will be a key player in shaping the future of our Home Solutions & Building Automation product range. This is your chance to make a significant impact by implementing innovative product marketing strategies that align with our global vision and drive business success. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. You will be mainly accountable for: • Portfolio management for the Home Solutions & Building automation product range • Responsible for setting the right price strategy and price benchmark for the selected product lines • Develop a strategic plan for the product range, including a clear strategy and vision for 2030 • Act as a contact person with our Factory and R&D team • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and progressive development plans for this product range • Present your product range at major customer events • Foster strong collaboration with colleagues in Product Management, Sales, and Communication Main stakeholders are R&D, Product management, Sales and Communication team.

Qualifications for the role
- Strong technical background in electrical/building automation (Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience)
- Successful product management experience in low voltage solutions or building automation is a strong plus
- Operates in an energetic, mature and results-oriented manner
- Well-organized and able to function in a complex and challenging environment
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Office365, InDesign and AutoCAD is a plus
- Willing to organize evening information sessions
- Fluent in Dutch, French, English
