This position reports to

IS Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, test, and delivery and enhance digital solutions to support NEMA Motors Business. • Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition. • Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions. • Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes. • Full ownership for one or more use cases concurrently, projects, initiatives, tasks and may be considered analytical or technical experts to assess project constrains or development alternatives. • Guide and support business teams and/or users to productionize their digital solutions (load solutions into digital tools). • Applies technical knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues and perform escalations when necessary. • Ensures creation of project plan based on desired end state and expected benefits. • Ensures change control is correctly managed throughout projects.

Qualifications for the role

• Information Technology, computer science or similar engineering.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge and experience on
• Power Automate, Power BI, C++, Python.
• Developing and implementing RPA.
• Data Analytics.
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.
• Advanced English.
