Your role and responsibilities

That's our story. Make it your story. Your role and responsibilities 1. Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability for Process Automation Businesses in India. 2. Supports the installation and implementation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing Information Systems (IS) solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality. 3. Ensure Manufacturing and LAB Excellence: Supports manufacturing and LAB environments, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation and multiparty complex engagements. 4. Be involved in the management, maintenance and optimization of IS Business Infrastructure. 5. Deliver bespoke consultancy helping IS teams or management to solve IS infrastructure, security and network problems of various scope and complexity. 6. Collaborates with Consumer Experience and Domains structure to define, optimize and review: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and all processes related to domain service delivery and operation. 7. Responsible for day-to-day execution of IS Domain service operation delivery through IS CX and SDM, escalation and relationship management. Incident management for ensuring service restoration within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization. 8. Responsible to act in compliance with Corporate and PABA IS Regulation and IS Policies with ABB Regulations and ABB Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned. 9. People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally with/without carrying line responsibility 10. Qualifications for the role

• Extensive hands on experience in the area of IS Infrastructure operations.
• Deep understanding of IT, OT and ET infrastructure is preferred
• Competence in spoken and written English.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural.
• Be a committed team player.
• Previous experience of managing large and diverse IS Infrastructure teams.
• Experience of IS business performance and requirements management.
• Have an attitude of 'Get the things done'
• B.E/B.Tech in Computer science with 10+ years of relevant experience in infra (IT,OT & ET).
