This position reports to
Functional Cost Finance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. • Consolidate and analyze financial data for company level on monthly basis to track and assess performance against targets, peers and benchmarks. Highlights the deviations and risks to the management team and provide the comments and recommendations. • Overall responsible for company ABACUS, coordinate ZC and business FP&A team, FAO team to submit their data timely and accuracy. • Work with FAO and tax functions to delivery annual financial statements and annual tax filings. • Fully takes charge of the external financial related reports, queries and affairs, including variance government reports, statistics reports, bank affairs, tax affairs, etc with the support from relevant functions. • Support company controller to prepare Board meeting materials. • Prepare/update company LAT based on country framework and monitoring the implementation at company level. • Inspect control points for R2R CAR 17516/17517 for the company. • Control the invoice billing process, lead e-invoice process go live. • Responsible for company common controlling activities, such as common cost allocation, FA stock taking, FA scrap, loan limit analysis and update, etc. • Work as the chop custodian, ensures the compliance of the chop usage, prepares and updates the company chop management regulation. • In charge of couple of ZCCO PGs for China, Japan and Korea. Performs financial analysis on regular basis and prepares various management reports. Drives and facilitates financial planning processes (forecast and budget) and activities. • Minoring financial KPI for all ZCCO PGs in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan every month. Build up automated analytical tools and reports to address/analyze outstanding issues. • Contributes initiatives for process. • Leads process improvement and cost saving initiatives to protect the function's cost. • Supports in the implementation of standardized processes and tools to support the financial planning activities

Qualifications for the role
- Working experience with more than 3 years
- Large scale multi-national company finance working experience is a plus
- Solid knowledge and experience on finance process management and internal control
- Strong knowledge and experience on financial analysis and budgeting/planning
- Highly adaptable capability and the excellent communication skills especially the ability to interact effectively with senior management
- Excellent on both oral and written English and good presentation skills
- Result-oriented and strong team spirit
- Experience of using SAP is preferable; any advanced analytical tools exposure (e.g., Power BI) will be a plus.
