Our Company
We are currently recruiting for an Interface Coordinator Lead to be placedin Paris, FR on a 1-year contract, with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of INTERFACES Department, inside SUBSEA ENGINEERING organisation, you will participate to projects executions and/or to the preparation of commercial offers. You will be in constant interactions with internal disciplines (engineering, logistics, fabrication, installation, contract management) and also with the Client and its other Contractors. Your main missions will be:
• Identify, understand and clarify battery limits between the company and other Contractors scopes of work;
• Identify critical interfaces subjects and put in place an action plan for their resolution;
• Coordinate technical clarifications with Client and other Contractors;
• Coordinate the hand-over of materials supplied by the Client and other Contractors.
• Your seniority in project coordination will allow you to be quickly autonomous in the execution of here above described missions and/or to operationally lead junior interface coordinators.

Skills / Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing).
• Team spirit and adaptability to an international work context.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
