Chapter Leader "eCommerce Ecosystem & Strategy"
Your role and responsibilities
The ABB Electrification 'eBusiness' is a multi-billion Euro revenue channel within the company and the primary route for customers to buy transactional products. The term eBusiness refers to the tools and processes that ABB partners (Distributors, OEMS, Panel Builders, Systems Integrators etc.) use to order our products and manage those orders. Common journeys include order entry, product selection, pricing and availability, order modification, order tracking and returns. ABB is in the process of implementing a digital transformation in this space with the ambition to transform the current landscape and provide a 'best in class's user experience for this vital channel. The core objective of this hybrid product owner/delivery role is to lead, and project manage assigned initiatives within a highly complex, multi-phase eBusiness transformation, redesigning, and continuously optimizing eBusiness platforms and tools with emphasis on front-end user interfaces and customer experience. The role will be part of a matrixed team led by the global eBusiness strategic lead. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally. The preferred location is Europe or APAC. You will be mainly accountable for: • Working closely with the digital delivery teams (UX/visual designers, developers (FE/BE), content leads, analysts, local eBusiness owners) to design and optimize eBusiness front-end experiences and realize our ambition of achieving 'best in class' in this space. • Acting as a key decision maker on eBusiness initiatives to drive KPIs and maximize business benefits. • Setting up strong project governance for eBusiness initiatives with detailed project planning and management across different workstreams. • Coordinating the activity of project teams and functions engaged in data analytics/qualitative insight, business process analysis, design and development of new digital experiences, and prototype/testing. • Communicating actions/deliverables/progress to internal and external stakeholders across all aspects of the initiative to ensure alignment and buy-in at all levels. • Championing a collaborative approach to identifying and overcoming obstacles/blockers in a timely manner to ensure deliverables are kept on track. • Serving as the primary point of contact for local country and division business owners, connecting the appropriate teams together and ensuring that the experience project plans are adhered to and milestone progress is achieved.

Qualifications for the role
- Demonstrable product and project management experience working across initiatives of a comparable scale (multi-million dollar) within large, global, cross-cultural and cross-functional organizations.
- Proven ability to operate within a matrix organization in which you will take direction and lead others.
- Comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies. Project management certification (prince/scrum/PMP) preferred.
- Excellent product and project management, organization, time management and planning skills with attention to detail as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong customer orientation and a strong collaborative spirit, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-changing industry
- Innovative, tech savvy, and start-up mentality skillset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to change and ambiguity
