Your role and responsibilities
The IEC LV Motors Division is a global market leader focused on helping industries, cities, infrastructure and transportation increase energy efficiency. The division offers a full range of energy efficient low voltage motors, including SynRM (synchronous reluctance) motors to help customers reduce power bills and cut emissions. With rugged designs, a global footprint and application expertise, IEC LV motor solutions have a well-earned reputation of improving reliability and productivity in the most demanding applications The work model for the role is: #LiHybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Analyze sales and refills forecasts for future demand for motors and components • Maintain and adjust refill processes to ensure reaching divisional targets • Monitor and analyze inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods and ensure production continuity, Implement a purchasing strategy for new products and adapt the existing one to changing production plans through changes in indicators and system settings (MRP) • Conduct activities to ensure the integrity, relevance and traceability of material planning activities (forecast) • Take actions to optimize warehouse performance in cooperation with sales and marketing, production and supply chain management departments • Maintain consistency between operational requirements and inventory management at the level of budget assumptions • Coordinate production component entry and withdrawal processes, minimizing scrap risk • Prepare statements and reports (inventory, material turnover, MOQ, lead time, forecast accuracy, results of implemented optimizations, etc.) • Management of non-rotating inventory

Qualifications for the role
- University degree, preferably in the field of logistics, economics or production management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and good understanding of logistics processes
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a team is welcome
- Highly developed communication skills and experience in dealing with customers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially MS Excel) and knowledge of SAP R/3 -MM-PUR; SD, PP is welcome
- Highly developed analytical skills, experience in creating reports and analyses based on forecasts and data received from SAP
- Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level (allowing free communication)
