Responsibilities:
Project Implementation & Support:
- Lead the adoption of CENTRO and RTDS projects.
- Provide technical support to end users, ensuring deliverables are met.
Customer Interaction:
- Understand and address customers' technical challenges.
- Deliver presentations and software demonstrations to clients.
Technical Expertise:
- Offer insights on maximizing digital tool value.
- Conduct technology gap analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for timely project delivery.
- Support business development and provide technical input for bids.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation and improvement in service delivery and drilling efficiency.
- Lead pilots and support RTDS operations to enhance service quality.
Knowledge Development:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of CENTRO and other drilling software.
- Report on competitive technology applications in the region.
Market Strategy:
- Assist the Geozone Product Line Manager in executing digital strategies to boost drilling performance and market share.
Industry Engagement:
- Contribute to industry publications and highlight innovations.
Skills:
- Strong technical background in drilling software and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and presentations.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes and technologies.
- Collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ability and willingness to learn through a structured development program which includes internal and external courses, external certifications, and practical on-the-job training.
- Ability to analyze a wide variety of data sets and use them in providing Digital Drilling solutions.

Qualification
Required:
- 8+ years relevant Drilling Engineering / Drilling Operations / Digital Drilling experience.
- Experience in digital drilling software, strong leadership and project management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Preferred
- Experience in the MENA region.
- Deep understanding of regional regulatory requirements and operational challenges.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects in drilling operations
