Coordinates and execute, under supervision of Rotating Maintenance Supervisor and in agreement with Company Policies and Safety & Environment Standards, he following tasks.

 Trouble shoot repair overhaul and carry out all types of maintenance to plant roating equipment e.g. pumps gas lair compressors, air blowers, gear boxes power generator turbine auxiliary equipment& different types and manufacture

e.g. Flowsrve Atlascopco Howden Dresser Rand Flender, etc

• Disassemble equipment to be repaired or overhauled, check visually and dimensionally and units by sliding gauges, micrometric gauges centesimal comparators, values found with those on manufacture tolerance & maintenance reference tables.
• Identify and request his superior approval for the requited spare parts

 Use and able to Interpret technical manual and manufacture tolerance values

• Perform machinery alignment according to standard alignment methods

Able to issue a basic technical report related his Job, shows numerical measurements.

• Relay all significant technical Information or data to his supervisor that could be useful for future Jobs or maintenance plan

 Ensures use of proper tools PPE among his team

• Able to work as team leader multi nationalities instruct and train local junior staff. Assists the supervisor to Improve the productivity of local staff.
• Fit to wort in confined spaces heights humidity environmental as tie nature of the job may require

Education

Secondary school supported by taken   courses as optional

 English language literate.

• Safety courses and H2S optional

Experience

 Not less man 5 years experience as Sr Rotating Mechanical Maintenance senior technician in Oil and Gas Industry, preferably gas plants.

 Thorough knowledge on using various mechanical gauges and test devices (sliding gauges micrometre, centesimal comparators. etc.) and comparing related values with those reported in the mechanical drawings.

 Thorough knowledge on reading mechanical drawings interpret manufacture technical manuals and instructions   

 Thorough knowledge on theory of pumps. compressors, auxiliary mechanical systems .
