Join a team that is responsible for providing accountingsupport for businesses. You will be responsible for monthly electronicreconcilliations process and General ledgers. In this role you will beresponsible for tax payments to the Government. You will actively supportincome tax assessment working and schedule preparation for old periods. You arerequired to support service tax audits or assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work procedures.
  • Ensure account recons are delivered with quality.
  • Ensure Journal Entries are submitted correct and on time.
  • Give support and response to the different mailboxes inside the team.
  • Ensure account reconciliations are delivered on-time & with quality with no unexplained items.
  • Ensure queries / transactions are resolved timely and GL is not aged. • Ensure all banking recons are delivered by BPO on-time and with quality with no unexplained items.
  • Manage bank processes e.g. cash funding, uncashed checks entries, bank fees entries, etc.
  • AFDA Report preparation and loading to SharePoint
  • Lease Journals
  • Ensure correct posting of payroll accrual, make payroll corp bill reconciliation & JE / Accrual
  • US/ Payroll Recs Issue resolution
  • BMG Netting - FX gain/loss entries
  • IC Loan/Loan Grid Entries
  • Hedge entries loading in BL
  • Paygo entries loading in BL and stats

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Accounting degree
  • Up to 4 years of overall financeand accounting experience.
  • English proficient

WE VALUE
  • Knowledge on SAP and HFM
  • Sound understanding of reconciliation techniques.
  • Multi bank / bank account reconciliations, research & investigation experience to resolve aged items.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Exhibits good communication and soft skills.
  • Having an audit experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions.
