JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Use NOV Time (Oracle based) to manage HR functions, including employee timecard and leave applications.
  • Assist HRBP with the use of the NOV Time to address any issues and coordinating with relevant HR Technology (HRT) teams for support as needed.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, and handling exit formalities.
  • Handle training applications process including enrolment of courses for employees with the training institutes.
  • Support other HR administration tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
