What are you going to do
Essential skills and knowledge
- Coordinate and deliver the design, development, testing, delivery and updating of Simulators in conjunction with the Operational Training requirements through liaising with both the vendor and Subject Matter Experts.
- Establish a clear project plan including project milestones, cost forecasting, and identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Ensure the consistency of the simulator program aligns with Standard Operating Procedures, Mining Regulations and OH&S requirements, including ongoing review and advice on content and adherence to corporate policies and controls.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Candidate has a strong portfolio of project management experience (either in mining or technology) showcases their skills, creativity and experience.
- Ability to be a team player that uses initiative and works well in a deadline driven environment.
- Eager to learn about equipment and mining (if no previous experience) to support the team in projects and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to time manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- EIT or Technology background or equivalent work experience
