JUNIOR HR GENERALIST - INTERNSHIP
Honeywell is looking for an intern who will be trained as Junior HR Generalist for our Honeywell Building Automation (BA) division based in Trieste.

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.
The Junior HR Generalist is responsible for providing human resources support to develop, deliver
and maintain programs which directly align with the achievement of business objectives.
This position drives efforts in the areas of talent management, training,
communication and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
• Support Human Resources core processes: talent management,
training plan, employee engagement, succession planning, recruiting and onboarding.
• Support the site HR Manager in front office with managers and employees.
• Support the site HR Manager to implement and execute HR Projects.
• Delivering of local internal communication initiatives.
• Cooperate with the HR Centers of Excellence to support the
delivery of administrative activities.
Must have:
• Master's degree in Law, Political Sciences, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian and the knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Good relation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
• Customer orientation approach.
• Structured approach.
