As a Senior Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a guide in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insight their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
• 10 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong guidance and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
