JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be aligned to our People and Organizational vertical and would be a part of the Regional Shared Services (HR) team that serves stakeholders and process partners across the Region, initially supporting the US processes.
You would be working in one of the functions in employee life cycle, resourcing, learning, and training, rewards or reporting and will be responsible for managing the service delivery and providing optimum solutions to stakeholders and process partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The prime responsibility of the Bilingual HR Trainee is to manage daily operational tasks (customer queries, system set ups, trainings etc.) for any one of GSS functions
• Work closely with stakeholders and process partners (Recruitment, HR BP's, Payroll, Time writing) to ensure customer requests are processed on a timely manner
• Collaborate with the customers to understand business needs, accountable for preparing and managing issue logs to deliver delight
• Creation of Offer Letter, Employment Contract, Forms, validation of Certificates, updating of employee records, recruitment guides, secondment documentation, Leaver document preparation, update of worker's status in various HR tools, depending on the business needs.
• Responsible for creating employee files in network drives and E-filing of employee documents.
• Support in managing additional projects as advised by business including processing and reporting.
• Responsible for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new regions, tools as per organizational Target operating Model.
• Expected to drive process improvements and constant ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients.
• Responsible for supporting offshore transitions and Internal audits regionally.
Candidates must have an English B2-C1 level to apply for this position, Portuguese desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential.
English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English.
Strong skills in Excel and Word.
Possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level.
Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information.
Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy.
Highly organized, pragmatic, and reliable, with a high degree of accuracy through attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
