Airswift is seeking for Construction Coordinator to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Airswift is seeking for Construction Coordinator to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering and construction
- Packages in terms of Onshore Construction, supporting Head Construction, and have key accountabilities in the following areas:
- Safety: Complete all necessary Safety training (IF+, HSE Golden Rules, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Understand HSE Policy and HSE KPIs and demonstrate responsible and constructive HSE behaviour during Project life. Abide by local, international, and Company safety standards and engage (stop work) in unsafe activities and create positive/negative observation cards. Attend TBM (Toolbox Meeting) for construction activities as practical as possible and frequently visiting work sites to supervise all works are carried out in a safe manner.
- Quality: Have a clear understanding on Company Quality Requirements (Exhibit H), Standards and Project Specifications. Cooperate with CPY QAQC Team that all works are to be carried out in compliance with associated requirements and specifications.
- Organization: Assist Head Construction in mobilization, organization and management of the Construction team required to carry out the work.
- Team Leadership: Support RP Package Manager and Head Construction and lead Construction team to ensure safe, proper quality, and successful product to be delivered on time.
- Construction Deliverables: Monitor Construction Deliverables transmitted to Company as planned. Ensure COMPANY Team complete reviews and returns them to Contractor within (15) days.
- Materials Management: Monitor all materials delivered to MFY Sohar in a timely manner and stored in accordance with good practices.
- Schedule Review: Before Fabrication Start, Review CONTRACTOR's Level 3 with COMPANY planner and ensure proper and achievable base line schedule set up, during Fabrication closely monitor actual Construction progress and communicate with company's planner based on evaluation of Actual vs Plan and Forecasting.
- Successful Execution: Ascertain that the facilities are built as per the project requirements, ensure each discipline to verify and approve Contractor's and/or Subcontractors/Vendors' drawings, fabrication procedures and methodologies, and ensure that Contractor and/or
- Subcontractors/Vendors have adequate equipment, resources, means and manpower to perform the job with the required quality level and to compete it in due time. Implementation site tours with CONTRACTOR team.
- Audit: Take part in Audit requested by PR package manager and/or Head Construction.
- Problem Solving: for single disciplinary issues, manage each department to find out most efficient technical solutions and directly lead solving multi-disciplinary issues in a time fashion. For more complicated issues, assist Package manager in dealing with them.
- Meeting and Reporting: Participate in Construction Weekly and make himself available for attending any meetings required by Package manger or Head Construction. Report on daily progress or issues to Head Construction and write down Weekly Construction Report.
- To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all activities,
- To carry out work in compliance with values and policies, relevant laws, and regulations, agreed priorities and objectives, standards and procedures and good industry practices,
- To assist Head Construction in mobilization, organization and management of the team required to carry out the work,
- To assist to define Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out,
- Lead the Company resources allocated to this task,
- Assist the Interface Coordinator in ensuring that all interfaces are adequately defined, monitored and managed,
- Monitor and control CTR's daily / weekly progress report for pre-fabrication, assembly, erection, post erection activities.
- To organize and coordinate CPY construction team daily tasks and activities for Jacket fabrication
- To follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
- To stop & report immediately any anomaly or non-conformity to Construction Head.
- To attend and participate when requested, to the various construction meetings, and provide support to
- Construction Head in its various reviews.
- To monitor raw materials delivery
- To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.
- At least 15 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 5 years' experience as
- Construction superintendent/coordinator
- Experience within a project team: At least 10 years' experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment
