Construction Manager for Critical Infrastructure & Datacenter project (on site)

TRACTEBEL-Engie Chile, is seeking Construction Manager (above +15 years of experience) to join our engineering team in Santiago.
Candidates must have english language skills to work in a multicultural environment and international projects (Interview will be in English language).
Responsibilities:
- Technical assistance to project management team
- Support to project control & reporting during execution
- Anticipate and support to solve solve interferences issues
- Lead the supervision of construction and site activities
- Assist the client on sequence/coordination of construction works
- Supervision of sourcing, manufacturing and transport
- Stay vigilant and aware on any Health&Safety aspects during the construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering field
- Full proficiency in English (as it's need to communicate complex technical concepts clearly with international stakeholders, vendors, and teams).
- Proven track record in managing hyperscale datacenter construction or similar mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
- Budget management and financial oversight
- Risk assessment and contingency planning knowledge
- Physically able to work on site construction environment
